Boarding:

Monday through Saturday
8:00 am – 10:00 am and 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Closed on Sunday so our staff can have time with their family.
Rates:
For all suites, apartments and cat boarding, we charge a day rate of $30.00. If you are a multiple dog family AND all dogs can be housed in the same suite or apartment, the additional pets are $20.00 each.
On your day of pick up, there is no charge if you pick up between 8:00 am – 10:00 am.
The day rate will be applied to your account if you pick up in the afternoon between 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm due to the continued care of your pets for the day.
Kennels:
Our larger indoor/outdoor kennels (we call them suites) are ideal for our larger dogs and/or multiple family dogs. The indoor suite can be closed off from the outside of the suite via a guillotine door that can be raised and lowered by our staff. At night and during inclement weather, we will keep your dog on the inside of their suite by lowering the guillotine door.
Our smaller indoor only kennels (we call them apartments) are ideal for our smaller dogs that are use to staying inside all day, running out to potty and right back to indoor luxury. These are not cages. They have glass doors so the guests can see other guests across from them and into the hallway. The solid walls are approximately shoulder high to an adult.
All our dogs go outside four to six times per day and possibly more depending on weather.
Your pet’s safety and comfort is our main concern while boarding at New Hope Pet Vet.
Luxuries:
- We watch DOGTV, 24-7.
- All suites and apartments are heated and air-conditioned.
- Tons of playtime with staff.
- We can send videos upon request depending on staff workload.
- Blankets and bedding provided.
- Food bowls and water bowls provided.
- We even have toys for our feline friends.
Drop Off & Pick up Times:
We have two specific times Monday through Saturday for dropping off and picking up your pet.
Morning drop off and pick up time is from 8:00 am until 10:00 am.
Afternoon drop off and pick up time is from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
At the time of scheduling your reservation, we will ask you what time of the day you would like to drop off and pick up. During these specific hours, you can come at your leisure for drop off and pick up of your pet. We do ask that if your time or date changes that you give us advance notice so we can make proper arrangements with our other guests.

Current vaccinations from a Licensed Vet (Rabies, Bordetella, Canine Parvo and Distemper all current within the past year).
